Original Story -- June 21 - 7:27 p.m. - Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker is about to announce that he will run for re-election in 2014. Crowds are currently gathered at Newton Mansion in Mitchellville to hear his introductory campaign speech. In this video, Sen.
