As a compassionate educator, Victorious confronts real issues with his students about youth violence, media influence, manhood and school pressures. He debunks the conventional notion of public school education and pushes his students to excel. As an absolute believer in his students, he challenges them to create their own realities. Through appreciation, caring and tolerance, he believes all students can learn.

Victorious earned his Bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University in Baltimore. He holds a Masters degree in teaching from Bowie State University, and attended American and Catholic universities for National Board and Administration I certification.

He teaches social studies at Possibility Preparatory Academy in Prince George's County Public Schools. He's also served as an adjacent professor for American University's education department.

Victorious is currently working on his first book, Excelling in America while being Young, Male, and Black: Stories of
Resilience. He lives in Prince Georges County with his wife Tinselyn Simms-Hall and his three-year-old son King Victorious Hall.
