Michael Horlick, Neighbor

Michael Horlick is a linguist and lexicographer from Hyattsville.  He is the author of the Comprehensive Uzbek to English Dictionary and is currently working to write a variety of teaching resources for Uyghur and Western Punjabi.  This August, he will be speaking at the Asian Lexicography Conference in Kyoto.
