Bowie resident Loni Haggins pleaded guilty last week to the charge of attempted sex abuse of a 17-year-old boy, reported W9USA. Haggins, 30, reportedly met the teen at the DC Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program in 2010 and carried on a sexual relationship with him over the next year that resulted in two pregnancies and the birth of one child, according to W9USA.
