Been going there for 1 1/2 years and I love it! I attend 4-5 classes a week there. I consider Ann & Linda to not only be my teachers, but also my friends. Highly recommend!! I have increased my upper body strength and have become more in tune to my body and my mind and what I am capable of achieving.
