On saturday july 14, 2012, I called B&B auto looking for a thrid break light for my 2002 GMC Enovy, they said the light was there I went to pick up, everything was fine, until i got home and the light did not fit my truck. On Monday July 16, the next open business day my mom took the part back with the receit. Well that when all hell broke lose, the man told my mom if I didn't want the part I should not had brought it, he then told my mother that it is the same size and it did fit, this business man argured with my 67 year old mother, he then returned the item but charged my 30.00 because I returned the part. I will never ever enter B&B auto parts again something really should be done with this company if this is the type of service they are giving

Brought a vehicle fromthem and been trying to get the work that need to be done on it and when i call they give me the run around stating that manager will be back in an hour!! They are trying to wait out the 30day warranty so they will not have to pay for the thing that need to be fix!! I am in the process of taking them to court for fasle paperwork and not honoring there policy!! I will never deal with them again BEWARE!!!
