Douglass' Harris Picks Tennessee

The wide receiver picked the school closer to home.

After only taking a few days to make his decision, Senior Paul Harris has verbally committed to Tennessee as the destination for his collegiate football career.

Harris, a wide receiver, will graduate a semester early from Prince George's County Public Schools to attend college, according to The Washington Post. He'll begin on the Knoxville campus in January.

A four-star recruit, Harris stands at 6-foot-4, 205-pounds. He is the 14th addition to Tennessee's roster, according to the Post. Although USC was reported as his early favorite, he told the Post he bonded more with the coaches at Tennessee.
