Life After 9/11: 'Wall of Healing' Display in Upper Marlboro

Students at Prince George's Community College have constructed a wall to honor the memory of those who died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

To honor the memory of the those who died in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, the Prince George's Community College Muslim Students Association, and the Office of College Life Services has taken part in a weeklong commemoration.

Here, we see pictures of two wall displays on campus, one in the lobby of the Largo Student Center, and the other on the first floor of Marlboro Hall. Today is the last day to see both displays.

The memorial wall "provides an opportunity for members of the college community to write personal reflections, quotes, names of victims," according to community college officials.
