A complete day of workshops, panel discussions and community resource sharing on End of Life Planning is being hosted by St. Joseph Catholic Church and Capital Hospice.  Topics include Advance Care Planning, Financial and Legal Issues, Final Arrangement Planning and Quality Care Options.  Lunch will be provided.  Registration Required.
