Donations Needed for County Shelter

An increase of kitten litters leaves the county shelter in need of more supplies.

The Prince George's County animal shelter is in need of donations after taking in a large number of cats and kitten litters.

The county's Department of Environmental Resources’ Animal Management Division is expecting to care for nearly 75 felines during the warm weather months, according to The Gazette, and they are looking for folks to either adopt the cats or donate supplies or money to help them care for them.
