Upper Marlboro Man Charged in Sex Offense Against Minor
A 54-year-old man faces multiple charges related to alleged sexual offenses against a teenager.
An Upper Marlboro Man was charged in Landovor last week with a third-degree sex offense and sexual solicitation of a minor, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD).
Police say a man convinced a teenager to get in his Lincoln Navigator by offering the the teen money to wash the vehicle. Police allege that the man drove the teenager to a car wash on the 8200 block of Landover Road and committed a sexual offense against the child.
Cletus Chidex Okoro, 54, has been charged in the case.
