"Tweet the Chief" Tomorrow at 1 p.m.

Prince George's County Police Chief Mark Magaw will answer community questions on the department's Twitter feed.

Have any crime or public safety questions about your community?

Well, Chief Mark Magaw’s got answers and he’s ready to chat, or rather, to Tweet.

Followers of the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Twitter feed @PGPDNEWS are invited to “Tweet the Chief” on Wednesday, June 6, at 1 p.m.

According the PGPD blog, Magaw will be available to answer questions and address concerns from county residents about their communities for about 30 minutes.

Magaw is holding this discussion in the spirit of the PGPD’s Transforming Neighborhoods Initiative, wherein they are targeting six neighborhood in the county that face significant economic, health, education, and public safety challenges, said the blog.
