A DC police captain was arrested for allegedly choking his wife, The Washington Examiner reports.

According to WUSA9, Lamar Farren West, 48, of Upper Marlboro, was charged with second-degree assault after an argument escalated with his wife in the back of an SUV on Labor Day.
