Here's what the Prince George's Police Department said about Prophet and Wallman:

Police Officers First Class Dwight Prophet and Andrew Wallman were dispatched on Dec. 11 to Odell Road for the report of gunshots. On the scene, the officers heard as many as 15 gunshots coming from the back of a residence on Odell Road, in close proximity to a school. Prophet and Wallman quickly alerted the school of the danger, and it was locked down. The two then took up a tactical position between the school and the residence. When officers eventually made four arrests, a handgun and 250 rounds of ammunition were recovered.
