Pr. George's Deputies Arrest Suspect in Upper Marlboro Armed Robbery

The Prince George's Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of a man that robbed eight people at a house party in Upper Marlboro home in July.

 

An Upper Marlboro man was arrested and charged Friday in an armed robbery that occurred at a house party in Upper Marlboro.

Sheriff's deputies arrested Shawn Owen-Sellers at a home on the 6100 block of Ivey Ridge Court. According to the warrant, Owen-Sellers, along with other suspects, allegedly robbed eight people of nearly $2,000 worth of property at a party in the 12000 block of Green Tee Turn on July 25.

Owen-Sellers was charged with eight counts of first degree assault, eight counts of armed robbery and use of a firearm during a violent crime. He's being held in the county's Department of Corrections, deputies reported.
