Police Looking for Shakir Taylor

The teen is wanted in connection with a robbery of the M&T Bank in Forestville, according to police.

County police officers are looking for Shakir Taylor, a teenager who they say allegedly robbed an M&T Bank in Forestville earlier this month.

Police said in a statement that on Nov. 8, Taylor and a woman, Kadija Taylor, reportedly walked into the bank and passed a note to a teller demanding money. The bank teller complied with the demands and gave them an undisclosed amount of money before they fled the bank on foot, according to police.

Kadija Taylor, 20, was found and charged the day of the robbery. Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Shakir Taylor, who is described as a black man, 5 feet 7 inches and weighing 160 pounds. His whereabouts are unknown.
