Police Investigating Homicide in Capitol Heights
Police found a man along Benning Road.
Prince George’s County police officers are investigating a homicide that occurred this morning along the 1200 block of Benning Road in Capitol Heights.
At about 4:15 a.m., patrol officers went to Benning Road for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found a man lying on the ground and suffering from body trauma.
The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. More details will be provided as they become available.
