Police Investigating Hit-and-Run in Suitland

A dark colored Honda Accord was seen leaving the area with front end damage.

The county's District 3 police officers are investigating a critical pedestrian hit-and-run that occurred in Suitland last night.

At about 9:53 p.m., patrol officers responded to a call for a pedestrian struck at the intersection of Silver Hill Road and Swann Road. Upon their arrival, officers found a 30-year-old Hispanic male lying injured in the roadway. A dark colored, four door Honda Accord was seen leaving the area with possible front end damage.
