PGPD To Walk with Kettering Community Wednesday

The walk will double as police outreach to gain more information on the killing of 17-year-old Amber Stanley.

 

The Prince George's County Police Department will take part in a community walk in Kettering on Wednesday, Sept. 26.

The community and police will begin the walk Oak Creek West Community Park at 13204 Whiteholm Drive at 6 p.m.

District 2 Commander Maj. Amal Awad will be on hand as police pass around fliers seeking information about 17-year-old Amber Stanley's death. Stanley was fatally shot in her bed on Aug. 22.
