Clinton Resident Killed in Fort Washington Last Night

Marquis Emmanuel Davis was 16 years old.

Prince George’s County police officers are investigating the homicide of Marquis Emmanuel Davis, who was killed last night in Fort Washington.

Shortly after 11 p.m., patrol officers responded to John Paul Jones Avenue for a reported shooting. Once they arrived, they found Davis, of the 5300 block of E. Boniwood Turn in Clinton, suffering from trauma to his body, according to a police press release. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Davis was 16.

Detectives are working to identify suspects and establish a motive in the case.
