The third attorney is Matthew J. Dyer, not "Benjamin" Dyer. The firm also has a substantial bankruptcy practice including Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13, as well as a practice area involving all facets of Elderlaw including nursing home litigation, asset protection, estate planning, probate, and Medicare/Medicaid.
