"Do these guys ever tell the truth?"

The justice system is broken. Attorney's and judges are running a system of plunder and police get away with murder, litterally. At least one exception exists.

"Interesting comments from the mouth of an Upper Marlboro circuit court judge". I could have gone with that for a headline, or five or so others easily come to mind. But in a country where judges take bribes to fill jail cells with "customers", and police get away with murder, it was an unexpectedly honest rhetorical question the judge asked the court recorder after reading aloud the written statement (emphasizing the obvious contradictions) made by a PG County police officer. It was the second case that morning where the judge had to throw a case out because the officers written statement was fraudulent or truth impaired. Even though the judges displeasure with the PG County police departments clearly low standards of conduct was most noteable, it was another phrase I heard the judge make throughout the morning that I am sure isn't winning over anyone in Maryland government who is revenue minded. "Over the objection of the state", that was the phrase attached to case after case adjudicated by the judge that were primarily crimes with no victim and no wrong that can be made right by any other means than handing over money to the state. Most of the so called "crimes" were of this type, known as "administrative violations" in legal land, they clearly do not meet the requirements set by this judge to justify the plunder of person financially or jailing of a person to poor to pay or who refuses to be extorted. After a morning of observing and then standing before this judge, I can tell you two things about the courts, the "justice" or "legal" system really needs to be better understood by all of us who are not attorney's because the courts are corrupt, "they are on their own program" is how it would be described in the Marine Corps. The correct phrase is "defacto standards" and it means procedures, rules and even laws and the validity of the constitution vary from court room to court room, not state to state. That is the one thing I already knew and could have told you before I ever set foot in this judges courtroom. But I can now tell you something that I couldn't before this morning of unexpected events at the Upper Marlborro courthouse in Maryland, and that is there is at least one person inside the justice system, who is aware of the plunder being commited by the state through the courts, and is clearly not going along with the program. A bright light in a system of darkness, a member of the true Illuminati, I solute you.
