Join us for 2 FREE Zumba demos at the brand-new Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex Monday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 10 from 7:00 to 8:00. 

Zumba is a fitness class but it
feels more like a party! Based on international dance moves and rhythms, this incredibly
fun exercise class utilizes the hottest music to gain the benefits of an interval workout.
