This is an on-going Zumba Toning class where we will use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks or hand weights to tone all our target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. To register, contact the Upper Marlboro Community Center at (301) 627-2828.  The cost is $25 for a 4-week session on $7 for drop-ins.

Bring a small towel and water.  Toning Sticks will be available for your use during the class.
