Boulevard at the Capital Centre presents Wind Down Thursdays, a free jazz concert featuring local artists and radio personalities from Majic 102.3. This week's performer is Maletick & Chapman, a jazz duo featuring Rob Maletick on saxophone and the velvety baritone voice of Vince Chapman, Jr. Each Thursday until August 18, Boulevard will close the center's traffic circle at Restaurant Row to make room for patrons, who are welcome to bring lawn chairs for the event. Rain location is Stonefish Grill and Restaurant.
