Frederick Douglass High School is an educational institution based on Croom Road in Upper Marlboro. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum encompassing numerous subjects, with departments for art, business, fine arts, English, foreign language, drama, science, social studies and more. The school also has an extensive athletic program, including sports such as football, golf, volleyball, soccer, cross country, basketball, track, swimming, tennis, baseball and more. Some AP courses include biology, world history and English literature. In addition, the school has a uniform policy.
