Strong Results is a unique kind of gym, a women-only facility that offers just evening and Saturday classes. With a strong support system patrons are able to get results through nutrition counseling and physical training. There is a free week trial for new members. Strong Results offers Zumba, kickboxing and free weights. Strong Results does not use exercise equipment. Call before going to visit.
