Weather: Storms Expected Saturday Afternoon

Montgomery and Prince George's Counties could encounter severe storms Saturday.

 

Most of the Washington, DC region, including the District, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 10 p.m. Saturday.

The National Weather Service issued the alert Saturday afternoon.

Wind gusts could reach 50 miles per hour. Rain and hail is also forecasted for Saturday afternoon.

I guess we are in a different area of Chevy Chase because all over there are huge trees down. We lost a few big ones, a whole fence came down, a gutter snapped right off the front of the house, and my neighbors glass table blew off and broke.
Oh, and the power went out, not that you care about the situation others are in. You are all that matters.
