Michael Stewart, Upper Marlboro: Charged with first degree murder in connection with the killing of of 25-year-old Brittany McKinley in Largo on Sept. 16. Police say that Stewart shot McKinley, an ex-girlfriend of his, after getting into a confrontation with her at Irving's Night Club where she worked. Another 23-year-old woman was shot in the hand during the attack. Her injuries were not life threatening.
