Damon Earl Wilson, Bladensburg - Attempted murder - Wilson was shot by police on Sunday night after he refused to drop a knife he was holding when he returned to the scene of an ex-girlfriend's house where he had just kicked down a door. Wilson is expected to survive his wounds. He stands charge with attempted first and second degree murder, among other charges. PGPD

Ronald Bell, Suitland - First, second degree assault - Arrested by county sheriff's deputies on Oct. 9 in relation to a Sept. 25 incident where police said Bell struck two victims several times with a baseball bat after an argument in Suitland. Bell is behind bars on a $150,000 bond. Credit PGSO

Louis Atuonah, Lanham - County police arrested two brothers for a string of residential burglaries in the Lanham area. During a search of the brother's residence, police found guns, ammo, drugs and stolen property. Credit PGPD

Marcus Levi Brown, Washington, DC - Second degree murder - Arrested in connection with the 2005 murder of 49-year-old Reginald Taborn of Mount Rainier. Brown was arrested after his DNA was found at the murder scene. The DNA match was not discovered until earlier this year. Credit PGPD
Kyle Britton, Bethesda - First, second degree assault - Displayed a handgun as he drove away with his four-year-old son during an incident on the morning of Oct. 10. Police responded to the incident as an abduction, however both mother and father share custody of the child. The boy was eventually found safe at his school in Washington, D.C. Credit PGPD
