Valedictorian Miché Cheung gives thanks to those who have supported her throughout her high school career, including her siblings, extended family, and classmates. Cheung arrived at Riverdale Baptist School as an eighth grader in 2007 and has played on five different sports teams, including basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer, during her high school years. James Brown, host of NFL Today & Inside NFL, was the speaker for Riverdale Baptist School's 2012 commencement ceremony. As "a brother of Christ," Brown advised the soon-to-be graduates to master the seven fundamentals of life: (1) Maintain good communication skills. (2) Dress for success. (3) Be ahead of time. (4) Maintain the thirst for knowledge and continue to learn. (5) Develop exceptional interpersonal skills. (6) Deal with and overcome adversity. (7) Have fun. Credit Nancy Pham
