Mulch Fire in Upper Marlboro
The mulch fire occurred in the 6600 block of Crain Highway.
Prince George’s County firefighters are working to extinguish a mulch fire in the 6600 block of Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro on Sunday morning, June 24, Prince George’s County Fire Department Chief Spokesperson Mark Brady reported.
“Mulch piles are difficult and time consuming to extinguish,” Brady wrote on the county fire department’s blog.
Fire workers were still in the process of extinguishing the fire as of Sunday afteroon, Brady added.
