The registration deadline for the Bowie Blue Jays high school summer fastpitch softball program, Maryland Blue Angels, is May 23. The program is targeted at experienced female softball players in high school graduating classes 2013 through 2016 and will feature games and skills clinics from June 2 through July 22. The St. George’s Players are hosting open auditions for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” this week only, May 22, 23, and 24 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Teens and pre-teens are invited to audition at St. George’s Episcopal Church in Glenn Dale.
